Bassra Machine Tools has a hight level of service when it comes to the maintenance of machines. An example of this can be seeen when a hot-melt dispensing machine fails.

The failed machine is removed and brought back to Bassra's factory to be repaired and a loan machine is given to the customer, whose production is not disrupted. A small amount is charged to cover transport costs when picking up and dropping off a machine.

Glass washers do not have the warm up and cool down periods of hot melt machines, so they can be repaired immediately on the premises. Bassra keeps a full stock of parts on their vans so there is no need for a return visit in order to complete repairs. If there is a part that is not available. Bassra is able to produce the part themselves.

When new machinery is purchased, the commissioning of the equipment will commence late on Friday afternoon, and continue over the weekend, to allow the company to start using it first thing on Monday morning.
