Automatic drives, which pulls the glass out from the washer automatically     Super Spacer Tilting Table Special table placed after washing machine having tilting,floatation and suction facility for easy application of super spacer bar The First glass stops automatically on this part of the machine it comes to horizontal position. The operator uses the floatation and suction facility of this table to apply super spacer bar on the glass. Once operator has done its job then he can press the foot paddle, which brings the unit back to vertical position. Then the glass travels to Assembly Unit where the allignment of unit will be done before it goes in Roller Press .This Line line can be used both for super spacer bar (Flexible spacer bar) and aluminium spacer bar.     Assembly Rack This unit is there for the use of aluminium spacer bar. The first Glass comes here and the spacer frame is applied on this first piece of glass. Right angling unit enabling easy placement of the spacer profiles The foot Padel will take the rack on backward position to allow second piece of glass to go in front of first piece of glass.
